Working with me is low-effort for your team. You only need to weigh in on the high-level direction and final review and I’ll handle everything else: research, SME interviews, writing and revisions. Here’s a rundown of my process:

We’ll hop on a call to discuss brand, goals, and what kind of content support you need.

If you already have a brief and outline, great, I’ll work with that. If not, I’ll create a clear, structured outline based on my research and your goals, so we’re aligned before I start writing.

I’ll schedule and interview your internal experts or external SMEs to gain insights. If we’re creating multiple pieces of content with the same SME, I’ll do a batch interview to avoid wasting their time.

I’ll deliver the first draft within 7–10 business days (for a standard piece) via Google Docs.

You leave comments, and I incorporate your feedback within 1–2 business days (I offer two rounds of revisions).

I’ll send the final version and invoice.
